Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Global Industry Lead, Manufacturing to define and lead our AR glasses strategy for the manufacturing sector.

You will set market priorities, shape the partner ecosystem, and drive repeatable go-to-market motions from early positioning through scaled adoption. You will own the manufacturing industry strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive customer pipeline and engagements with senior stakeholders across operations, IT, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategy, business development, sales, partnerships or GTM across manufacturing.
• Experience applying industrial tech, enterprise software, spatial computing, XR, AR in manufacturing.
• Proven success owning an industry strategy or complex enterprise motions.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in manufacturing/IT/digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the SPECS global manufacturing industry strategy for AR glasses, including market positioning, target accounts, partner priorities.
• Identify and refine manufacturing workflows where AR delivers measurable value (remote expert, digital work instructions, quality validation).
• Translate industry challenges into scalable offerings to improve throughput, quality, uptime, and productivity.
• Build and enable an ecosystem of services and solution partners aligned to manufacturing use cases.
• Drive repeatable partner-led solutions and enablement to scale beyond proofs of concept.
• Own manufacturing customer pipeline and sales cycles from engagement through agreement and commercial progression.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, marketing, business development, and sales to inform roadmap and launch readiness.
• Lead SPECS manufacturing industry presence at global events and conferences.
• Curate external thought leadership for manufacturing (white papers, knowledge content, customer materials).
• Assist in executive briefings, workshops, and industry-focused events at SPECS campuses.
