Hadrian seeks a senior Global Product leader to drive manufacturing capability and platform development. You will shape strategy, own the roadmap, and personally drive execution with direct reporting to the VP of Product and Engineering, balancing customer needs with internal capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers and program teams to understand needs and translate them into roadmaps.
• Own and evolve the company roadmap for manufacturing and platform capabilities.
• Drive delivery, prioritize, allocate resources, and align teams toward outcomes.
• Turn process into products and oversee internal tools like Nexus for planning.
• Take net-new products from zero to one with cross-functional support.
• Spot upcoming risks and opportunities before escalation, guiding prioritization.
