Job summary

Snap Inc. seeks a Global Industry Lead, Manufacturing for SPECS, to define AR glasses value in manufacturing. You will shape strategy, build a partner ecosystem, drive go-to-market motions, and manage customer engagements from early positioning to scaled adoption.

You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver industry-focused offerings and lead external thought leadership at major events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategy, business development, sales, partnerships or GTM in manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial technology, enterprise software, XR/AR in manufacturing.
• Proven record of building partner ecosystems and go-to-market motions.
• Strong relationships with senior operations, IT and digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the global manufacturing industry strategy for SPECS AR glasses.
• Define use cases and market priorities; shape partner ecosystem.
• Drive repeatable, partner-led solutions and scale industry motions.
• Lead customer pipeline and manage engagement from solution shaping to commercial progression.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, marketing, BD and sales.
• Represent SPECS at industry events and develop external thought leadership.
