Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Global Industry Lead, Retail for SPECS to define and scale AR glasses adoption in the retail sector. You will own the retail industry strategy, shape go-to-market motions, and drive customer engagement from early opportunity through closed business.

You will build a partner ecosystem, translate needs into compelling offerings, and guide cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, sales, and marketing. Travel and executive communication are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, business development, sales, partnerships or GTM in retail.
• Experience applying industrial tech, enterprise software, spatial computing, XR, AR in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, omnichannel fulfillment, inventory workflows, workforce enablement, visual merchandising, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the global retail industry strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Identify retail workflows where AR glasses add measurable business value.
• Translate customer needs into offerings with product, design, engineering teams.
• Build a partner network to accelerate retail adoption.
• Lead customer pipeline and sales cycle for the retail vertical.
