Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Global Industry Lead, Retail to define and scale how SPECS AR glasses are adopted in retail. You will own the global retail strategy, shape repeatable go-to-market motions, and drive customer engagement from early opportunity through closed business.

You will build a partner ecosystem, collaborate with product, sales, and marketing, and travel globally to engage senior retail leaders at NRF and other major events, while shaping industry narratives and solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategy, business development, or GTM in the retail industry.
• Experience applying industrial tech, enterprise software, spatial computing, XR, AR in retail.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own global retail industry strategy for SPECS AR glasses.
• Identify retail workflows that deliver measurable business value and scalable solutions.
• Translate customer needs into clear offerings in collaboration with product, design, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Build and strengthen a partner network of services partners, system integrators, and industry specialists.
• Own the customer pipeline and sales cycle from demand generation to close.
• Represent SPECS at major retail and enterprise events worldwide and drive thought leadership.
