Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, analytics, and operating rhythms for its Private AI initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, synthesize market signals into executive recommendations, and drive strategic metrics and portfolio analyses to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to scope complex challenges.
• Highly analytical with ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights.

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and hybrid cloud concepts.

Responsibilities

• Establish global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org.
• Track and optimize customer progression through four core stages: Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops and AI GTM Sales Strategy on KPI definition and progress tracking.
• Support ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR.
