Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating our Private AI growth. You will partner with the Chief Business Officer and the Applied AI team to govern programs, analyze portfolios, and craft actionable recommendations for senior leadership across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting specialized technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams.
• Deep domain in enterprise software, big data analytics, machine learning/AI, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance & operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with regional leadership across four stages.
• Account prioritization & use case frameworks with field engineering teams.
• Define & standardize strategic metrics around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships, revenue share models, and co-deployment strategies.
• Cross-functional leadership to design scalable processes and communicate executive storytelling.
• Lead business planning, growth models, and resource allocation across regional pods.
