Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with AMER, EMEA and APAC teams, build operating rhythms, and translate data into executive-ready insights.

The role requires 6+ years in sales strategy or operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while shaping AI adoption across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting technical or enterprise sales, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate data and research into actionable executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global governance and operating rhythms across AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Track and optimize the AI adoption funnel from discovery to production.
• Prioritize target accounts using data-driven analyses and ROI frameworks.
• Define key metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Align GTM strategy with ecosystem partners and drive ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional teams and codify repeatable delivery patterns.
