FedEx Logistics is seeking a qualified account management professional to maintain and expand a portfolio of managed accounts. The role requires building strong relationships with senior customer leaders and acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters.

The position involves coordinating multiple departments, analyzing service performance, and driving improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years in brokerage or transportation industry; knowledge of customs laws and procedures; at least one year in account management or customer service with direct contact.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand business with FedEx Logistics managed accounts by ensuring service performance meets customer expectations.
• Manage and expand relationships with customers; serve as the primary SPOC for communications.
• Coordinate activities across departments; develop and implement corrective actions for service issues.
• Prepare and present Customer Business Reviews focusing on service performance; drive revenue growth through service expansion.
