Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a strong corporate/M&A attorney to deliver practical legal counsel on significant transactions across the organization.

You will independently manage domestic and international M&A deals from inception through closing, coordinating with Corporate Development and other internal teams. The role requires hands-on drafting of confidentiality agreements, LOIs, definitive agreements, and due diligence, with the ability to supervise outside counsel and manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as a lawyer with expertise in one or more specialty areas (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, contracts, securities, privacy, health, technology).
• Law Degree from an accredited school and bar admission.
• Ability to draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, LOIs/term sheets, and definitive agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business‑oriented, efficient legal advice on significant transactions.
• Independently manage domestic and international M&A and strategic transactions from inception through closing.
• Lead due diligence and advise on legal risks and protections.
