Cencora, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Corporate/M&A attorney to deliver business‑oriented legal services and strategic counseling on significant transactions across the global organization.

You will independently manage domestic and international M&A, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and coordinate due diligence while working with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, and other Legal teams to deliver results on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of legal experience with expertise in corporate/M&A and related areas.
• Ability to manage domestic and international M&A transactions independently from inception to closing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and strategic counseling skills for significant transactions.

Responsabilités

• Provide business‑oriented, efficient legal advice and strategic counseling.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence and transaction documents for complex deals.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, and other teams across the organization.
• Supervise outside counsel and manage legal spend while maintaining ownership of the transaction.
• Interact with senior business leaders and sophisticated counterparties to negotiate.
