Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer operations.
• Experience with import and export operations is preferred.
• Strong systems knowledge and proficiency with transportation management platforms.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs per SOPs, IOPs, and KPIs.
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across modes.
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• Lead operational reviews and prepare KPI reporting for customers and leaders.
• Coordinate new projects and system enhancements.
• Manage exceptions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
