Responsibilities include tracking shipments, contracting carriers, loading tenders, and coordinating routings while maintaining station KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excel experience and strong attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Typing speed of 35+ wpm and proficiency with MS Office.
• Comfort with technology and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace outbound shipments across multiple modes.
• Inspect outbound freight for accuracy and quality.
• Contract new carriers and assign load tenders; negotiate rates.
• Communicate freight status to stations and customers and update TMS.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Remain available for overtime and weekend on‑call rotations.
• Data entry of shipments into the transportation management system.
• Quote, cost, and invoice for international shipments (air, ocean, ground).
• Plan domestic air and ground routing (including Canada).
• Develop carrier relationships and seek new logistics opportunities.
