Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support in Denver, CO to manage freight forwarding shipments across multiple modes. The role requires weekend shifts ( Sundays and Mondays off ), rotating schedules, and strong Excel skills.

You will track shipments, contract carriers, and provide load tenders while delivering high-level customer service. The position supports global logistics operations with data entry in the TMS, involvement in invoicing, and coordination across domestic and international

Qualifications

• Excel experience is required.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend on call rotations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace outbound shipments across stations.
• Contract carriers and provide load tenders.
• Communicate freight status to stations and customers and update systems.
• Providecustomer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Data entry of shipments into TMS.
• Quote, costing and invoicing of international shipments (air, ocean, ground).
• Coordinate domestic air and ground routing (Canada included).
• Find and develop new logistics opportunities for pilots and external customers.
