Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Global Account Director to lead a portfolio of key global accounts in transportation and logistics.

You will drive revenue growth, set account strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and guide a team of account managers reporting to the VP of Sales. You will align global account structures across regions, build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Experience managing global accounts and developing account strategies is required.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation is required.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global alignment of the account management structure across multiple regions and communicate the global strategy for each account.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at assigned global accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports to clients and DSV management.
