Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA seeks an Operational Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts, coordinating with clients to ensure satisfaction and oversee the operational aspects of their shipments.

You will lead client onboarding and implementation, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs and billing, and collaborate with internal teams across the network to optimize rates, service levels and cost efficiencies while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in key account management in transportation/logistics.
• Experience with supply chain, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for key accounts as defined by management.
• Penetrate customer organizations to build relationships at all levels.
• Work across DSV’s network to grow share of wallet.
• Ensure rates are current and communicate to OPS.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs.
• Support contract and rate negotiations.
