Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Shipping Product Manager to shape and scale seller-facing logistics experiences globally. The role partners with Business, Operations, Data, Engineering, and Algorithm teams to design end-to-end shipping services, including delivery time estimation, pricing, and workflows that improve the seller and consumer experience.

You will drive initiatives across regions, optimize fulfillment processes, and advance the platform’s shipping capabilities on a global scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree and above.
Experience in the global e-commerce industry and basic understanding of e-commerce logistics services and fulfillment process.
Motivated to think and provide product solutions for complex problems, and to continuously conduct analysis and optimization.
Possess good communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Understand and analyze shipping services in different countries and regions; plan and design shipping services including EDT prediction, pricing strategy, and related workflows.
Understand and analyze fulfillment workflows across countries and merchant segments; design merchant-facing shipping processes and open platform integration solutions.
Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Data teams to identify seller and consumer pain points and optimize shipping costs and experiences.
Work with Engineering and Algorithm teams to push projects forward and ensure on-time launches and goal achievement.
Continuously strive for product optimization and establish global e-commerce system capabilities.
