TikTok Shop is seeking a Merchant Growth Strategy Operations Manager to support the growth of platform logistics services, including FBT and TT Shipping. You will analyze data, design strategies, and manage projects to drive merchant adoption, conversion, and retention.

Based in Los Angeles, the role collaborates with Product, Logistics, and Data teams, builds dashboards, and leads cross-functional initiatives to improve fulfillment efficiency and merchant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years in internet platform businesses or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; proficient in data interpretation.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze merchant data to identify growth opportunities in platform logistics.
• Collaborate with Product, Logistics, Merchant Operations, Data, and Research teams to drive execution.
• Build growth dashboards and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
