Job summary

Responsibilities

• Run and print shipments from WMS.

• Generate related paperwork for customer work orders.
• Check orders for special requests and expedite as needed.
• Notify customers of activity concerning their merchandise.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet service standards.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and handle returns efficiently.
• Maintain data accuracy and proper documentation.
