Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Atlanta, GA. Base pay range is $51,912 – $64,890 with eligibility for benefits. You will manage inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support sales through lead generation and follow-up.

Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in customer service within logistics, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience, ideally in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via phone, email, or other channels.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally; reduce complaints.
• Assist with lead generation and follow-up for sales support.
• Contribute to development of customer service standards and best practices.
• Participate in training programs and workshops.
