Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience; some college desirable.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to provide/receive feedback.
• Process improvement mindset and attention to detail.
• Patience handling complex processes with multi-level approvals.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; proficient in data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer services including forwarding, delivery details, processing orders, handling complaints or general assignments.
• Customer inquiry response and research.
• Business support including bookings, board tracking, maintaining work profiles and rates.
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or in person.
• Communicate with internal/external sources to secure information.
• General business support with on-board tracking and carrier communications.
• Update and maintain work profiles and rates per management updates.
• Handle other assignments as directed by supervisor.
