Job summary

Nippon Express USA is seeking a customer service professional to support domestic and international relocations from our New Jersey office. You will prepare estimates, contracts, schedules, and service updates, coordinating packing, shipping, customs, and delivery with internal teams and service providers.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and patience with multi-step processes; a high school diploma is required and the position is onsite daily in NJ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Process improvement mindset and patience with complex processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding relocations.
• Prepare estimates, contracts, and service schedules.
• Coordinate packing, transportation, customs clearance and delivery.
• Provide customers with schedules, documents and shipment updates.
• Support billing and other administrative functions.
