Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Clear communication with listening and feedback.
• Ability to improve processes.
• Patience with complex multi-step approvals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• English/Japanese bilingual is a plus.
• Onsite role requiring daily office presence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about relocations (domestic and international).
• Prepare estimates, contracts, and service schedules.
• Coordinate packing, transportation, customs clearance and delivery.
• Provide schedules, documents, and shipment updates to customers.
• Support bookings, tracking and maintaining customer profiles and rates.
• Communicate with internal teams and external providers.
• Prepare relocation and customs documents.
• Resolve service issues such as delays, damage, or loss.
• Assist with billing and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
