Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in international freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Experience with CRM and CMS tools.
• Thorough knowledge of freight forwarding industry including air/ocean/imports/exports/customs brokerage operations.
• Deep knowledge of the local market, customers, and competitive landscape.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Responsibilities

• Utilize market data and develop sales strategies to grow the client base across SILVER/GOLD/PLATINUM tiers.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of JAS Forwarding's products and services.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with regular and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
• Provide pricing, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders.
• Prepare activity reports and sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Participate in aggressive sales initiatives and training.
• Adhere to all Sales Policy requirements.
