Job summary

Ardent Global Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring effective communication, pricing accuracy, and SOP compliance. You will coordinate with Pricing, Operations, and Customs, maintaining relationships and proactively addressing issues to keep shipments on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management or customer experience within international logistics.
• Working knowledge of ocean and air import/export processes and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel in particular.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Build relationships across multiple levels and map stakeholders inside each account.
• Advance pricing accuracy and communicate rates to Operations and customers.
• Support onboarding and implementation for new accounts, from setup through first shipment.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Operations, Imports/Exports, and Customs to resolve issues and protect service quality.
• Maintain SOPs and internal documentation, update customer SOPs as needed.
