Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is recruiting a Domestic Customer Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee end-to-end logistics. You will provide 24/7 customer service, tracking, routing, and issue resolution for a high-revenue client base, while ensuring compliance and profitability.

The role requires strong organization and communication in a fast-paced environment and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal groups to deliver tailored client solutions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Associates degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for large/high-revenue customers and ensure project outcomes.
Quote and route freight across multiple transportation channels.
Track and trace shipments daily and troubleshoot issues.
Serve as local liaison for client inquiries, operational and sales.
Provide analysis on freight cost metrics and reporting requests.
Develop and update SOPs for business segments.
Ensure TSA and government regulatory compliance in booking and routing.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet service goals.
