Job summary

Farmers is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to support the Learning Management System (LMS), handle support tickets, and ensure data integrity. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimize training systems, drive continuous improvement, and support various LMS initiatives within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas.
Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform.
Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar.
Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

System Management: schedules and administers learning activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
Analyzes and evaluates existing systems; recommends improvements.
Completes quality control audits and implements corrective action.
Communicates and resolves system issues; notifies necessary personnel when failures are identified.
Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry.
