Job summary

Farmers is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to support the Learning Management System (LMS), handle support tickets, and ensure data integrity. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimize training systems, drive continuous improvement, and support various LMS initiatives within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas.
• Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar.
• Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• System Management: schedules and administers learning activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing systems; recommends improvements.
• Completes quality control audits and implements corrective action.
• Communicates and resolves system issues; notifies necessary personnel when failures are identified.
• Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry.

The Learning Operations Team is responsible for the technical support of Farmers learning systems and logistical support for select training initiatives. This role will primarily involve working in our learning management system (LMS) to support its efficient operation, problem resolution, and improving the learner experience. They will assist with LMS support tickets, data governance, new functionality rollouts, and other LMS administrator tasks. They may also be involved in the implementation and sunsetting of various learning systems.

Responsibilities

• System Management: Executes on a plan; schedules and administers learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company approved tools.

• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.

• Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; recommending methods of improvement.

• Completes quality control audits and implements any corrective action.

• Communicates and support resolution of any system issues; notifies necessary personnel when system fails are identified.

• Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry activities.

• Trains other users as required Continuous Improvement: Identifies any continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems

• Executes any continuous improvement plans Communicates issues that affect other groups within the University so a comprehensive change plan can be developed.

• Organizational Success: Alert University leadership of any system issues that affect learners and internal staff, providing alternative solutions for remedy.

• Provide data and information to other groups as necessary.

• Participates in weekly team meetings Assist department head with monitoring and controlling of departmental expenses.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas

• Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform.

• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar

• Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools

Nice to Have

• API Implementation experience
• Experience working with any Power Platform tool (Copilot Studio, PowerBI, Power Apps)
