Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a Training Specialist to manage and promote the LMS, ensuring up-to-date training content and robust platform usage across the organization.

You will develop blended curricula, run usage reports, and collaborate with other divisions to maximize the online learning experience and drive employee development.

Qualifications

• Presentation experience is required.
• Ability to design educational materials is required.
• Learning Management System experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily maintenance and usage of the LMS.
• Upload new and updated training for maximum platform utilization.
• Promote the LMS across the organization.
• Run regular reports and updates on LMS usage.
• Assist in daily management and troubleshooting of the LMS.

Responsibilities

• This person will manage the daily maintenance and usage of the LMS.
• The Training Specialist will upload new and updated training for maximum platform utilization.
• This role is responsible for the overall promotion of the LMS.
• The Training Specialist will also run regular reports and updates on overall platform usage.
• Assist in daily management and troubleshooting of the learning management system
• Create hybrid curriculum to include both Instructor-Led and Online Training
• Develop creative ways to partner with other divisions to maximize the online learning platform
• Learn and present on materials related to professional development and leadership
• Collaborate with other departments to develop engaging curricula for their training
• Act as the point of contact for coordinating HR training events (technical support, catering, room reservations, platform set-up)
• Collaborate on in-person trainings with the Talent and Development Manager
