• Ability to identify industry demand signals and translate them into partner investments.
• Strong stakeholder management across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, validate, and align industry demand signals across AWS and partners.
• Identify and recruit the right partners to the Life Sciences portfolio and co-invest in capability.
• Deliver end-to-end GTM packages from reference architectures to anchor customer engagements.
• Own lifecycle of partner solutions, monitoring relevance, revenue, and quality gates.
• Serve as the interlock between AWS AI services and the partner ecosystem for adoption.
• Set and maintain competency and quality standards for Life Sciences partner offerings.
