Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Leave and Accommodations Administrator to oversee employee leave across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with HR, payroll, benefits, and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant processing and thoughtful return-to-work planning.

This role leverages HR technology and data to improve operations and employee experience, while ensuring adherence to laws and company policies. Strong communication with employees and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering leave of absence, disability, or accommodation programs.
• Experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Working knowledge of global leave and return-to-work practices.
• Experience using HR technology platforms and MS Office.
• Proven ability to manage cases from intake to return to work.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee leave programs across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Serve as primary contact for leave processes, eligibility, documentation, and pay implications.
• Coordinate leave cases with third-party administrators, payroll, and HR partners.
• Maintain accurate leave records and documentation in HR systems.
• Monitor timelines and ensure actions are completed within deadlines.
• Support workplace accommodation processes and return-to-work planning.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and company requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve leave administration processes and communications.
