Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company seeks a Senior Leave & Accommodations Specialist to lead the accommodation program and support leave administration within our Global Benefits & HR Compliance team.

You will collaborate with HR partners, payroll, legal, and external vendors, driving vendor evaluations, enrollment planning, and process improvements while supporting wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering leave of absence and accommodation programs with benefits knowledge.
• Experience owning ADA accommodations and the interactive process.
• Experience with Oregon leave programs or OSH-related leave guidance.
• Experience partnering with HR teams, employees, managers and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead accommodation program.
• Support leave of absence program.
• Support wellbeing initiatives and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Payroll, Legal, and vendors for program administration.
• Contribute to vendor evaluations, RFPs, enrollment planning, and process improvements.
• Support wellbeing programs through administration, vendor coordination, communications, reporting, and engagement.
