Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Senior Leave & Accommodations Specialist to join the Global Benefits & HR Compliance team. You will lead accommodation programs, support leave administration, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to ensure effective program delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of leave/accommodation experience, expertise with Workday, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering leave of absence and accommodation programs.
• Experience supporting employer-sponsored health and welfare benefits.
• Experience owning ADA accommodations and the interactive process.
• Experience with Oregon leave programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead accommodation program management and administration.
• Support leave of absence program activities and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal and external vendors on programs.
• Assist with wellbeing initiatives and benefits administration tasks.
• Contribute to vendor evaluations, RFPs and enrollment planning.
• Enhance processes and deliver strong employee support.
