Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Global Leave of Absence & Accommodations Leader to drive our worldwide LOA and accommodations programs. You will shape strategy, oversee an outsourced partner, and partner with Total Rewards, HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure compliant, scalable employee services.

You will lead a global team, deliver governance, optimize processes, and use data to improve outcomes and experiences for employees and managers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards- Benefits, Leave Administration, Disability Management, Employee Relations, or a related discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience leading enterprise-wide Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs.
• Experience establishing governance, quality controls, and compliance frameworks for complex leave, disability, accommodations, or employee relations programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and vendor governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of leave, disability, accommodation, and employment regulations across global markets.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Leave of Absence and Accommodations strategy, governance, and operating model across regions.
• Drive service delivery standards, modernize processes, and balance enterprise consistency with country-specific requirements.
• Partner with Total Rewards, HR, Legal, Payroll, and other teams to ensure seamless delivery and clear accountability.
• Own outsourced Leave Administration partner governance, SLA management, and continuous improvement.
• Govern vendor governance through quarterly reviews, scorecards, and remediation planning.
• Champion employee-centered experiences using service design and journey mapping to simplify processes and education.
