Job summary

Solventum seeks a Global Leave of Absence & Accommodations Leader to drive global strategy, governance, and execution of Leave and Workplace Accommodations. Lead a diverse, multi-region team and partner with Total Rewards, HR, Legal, and Payroll to deliver compliant, scalable operational excellence.

The role focuses on end-to-end process design, external vendor management, and employee-focused service delivery across regions with a strong emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards- Benefits, Leave Administration, Disability Management, Employee Relations, or a related discipline.
• High School Diploma AND fourteen (14) years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards- Benefits, Leave Administration, Disability Management, Employee Relations, or a related discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience leading enterprise-wide Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs.

Responsibilities

• Leading Solventum’s global Leave of Absence and Workplace Accommodations process strategy, governance, end-to-end operating model, and long-term roadmap.
• Driving the evolution of the service model by establishing standards and modernizing ways of working.
• Partnering with Total Rewards, HR, Legal, Payroll, and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
