Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Global Leave of Absence & Accommodations Leader to drive the global strategy, governance, and operating model for leave and workplace accommodations. You will work with Total Rewards, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Compliance to ensure consistent, compliant service delivery across regions.

The role focuses on developing end-to-end processes, optimizing efficiency through automation and AI-enabled solutions, and leading a high-performing global team to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards- Benefits, Leave Administration, Disability Management, Employee Relations, or a related discipline.
• High School Diploma AND fourteen (14) years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards- Benefits, Leave Administration, Disability Management, Employee Relations, or a related discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience leading enterprise-wide Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs.
• Experience establishing governance, quality controls, and compliance frameworks for complex leave, disability, accommodations, or employee relations programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and vendor governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solventum's global Leave of Absence and Workplace Accommodations process strategy, governance, end-to-end operating model, and long-term roadmap.
• Establish governance and service standards, modernize workflows, balance enterprise consistency with country-specific requirements.
• Partner with Total Rewards, HR, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, Compliance, and business leaders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee outsourced Leave Administration partner, drive vendor performance via SLA management and audits.
• Drive vendor governance through quarterly business reviews and vendor scorecards for continuous improvement.
• Champion employee-centered leave and accommodations experience through service design and journey mapping.
• Own global process documentation, SOPs, and guidance materials for compliant service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with global leave, disability, accommodations, privacy, and employment regulations.
• Lead Workday User Acceptance Testing, validation, and sign-off for leave/process enhancements.
• Use data on leave utilization, trends, and vendor performance to inform executive decisions and improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team capable of delivering resilient service and governance.
