Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to own Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs end-to-end, while bringing deep expertise across broader People Ops workflows. This is a senior IC role focused on building scalable programs and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience with 3–4 years owning LOA and/or accommodations.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL).
• Experience managing a high volume of leave and accommodation cases with precision and empathy.
• Strong Workday HCM experience — absence management, reporting and data.
• Builder's instinct to question processes and improve them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate compliance to plain language.
• High discretion handling confidential employee information.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Leave of Absence Program: serve as primary contact for LOA requests under federal, state, and local laws.
• Coordinate full leave lifecycle with Sparrow — intake, eligibility, coordination, communications, and return-to-work planning.
• Maintain and improve leave administration processes for accuracy, timeliness, and a high-quality employee experience.
• Monitor evolving leave legislation and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate pay continuation and deductions during leaves.
• Accommodations (ADA/PWFA): own end-to-end process with Disclo, from intake through resolution.
• Conduct interactive discussions, assess reasonable accommodations, and document outcomes.
• Maintain confidential documentation and escalate complex matters with legal as needed.
• Train managers on their role in accommodations and compliance.
• People Ops Infrastructure & Flex Support: support payroll, compliance, HRIS (Workday), onboarding/offboarding, and policy administration.
• Identify gaps and translate problems into scalable frameworks and systems.
• Contribute to cross-functional People Ops projects and audits for data integrity and reporting.
