As the Global Leave of Absence & Accommodations Leader, you will provide global leadership for the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Solventum’s Leave of Absence and Workplace Accommodations operations. Partnering closely with Total Rewards, which owns the overall program strategy and policy direction, you will be accountable for the global operating model, process strategy, operational excellence, service delivery, vendor governance, employee experience, and global team leadership across legally mandated leave and accommodation programs. Vacation, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Bereavement Leave, and Paid Sick Time are outside the scope of this role. You will partner with stakeholders across Total Rewards, HR, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, Employee Relations, Occupational Health, Compliance, and business leadership while overseeing a strategic external leave administration partner responsible for day-to-day case management. This role is responsible for translating program strategy into scalable, compliant, and employee-centered service delivery across regions, ensuring clear accountability, consistent execution, and measurable outcomes for employees, managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
