Job summary

Mondi plc is seeking a Global Learning Transformation Lead to shape Mondi's learning landscape globally. You will drive the evolution of our learning ecosystem, ensuring learning becomes a strategic business enabler that develops capabilities and enables transformation.

Reporting to the Head of Talent & D&I, you will collaborate with senior leaders, HR and functional academies to integrate learning with career architecture and 70/20/10 models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in learning and programme management roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience driving learning transformation and capability building in a complex international organisation.
• Experience designing global learning strategies, leadership development programmes and ecosystems.
• Knowledge of skills frameworks and the evolving future of work.
• Experience with modern learning technologies and LMS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading transformational initiatives across cultures and functions.
• Willingness to travel ~20–40% across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Mondi's global learning transformation strategy aligned with our People Strategy.
• Evolve Mondi Academy into a modern, scalable, digital-first learning ecosystem.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and capability building across the organisation.
• Design, improve and programme-manage signature learning courses globally.
• Shape Mondi's skills agenda by linking learning with Job Architecture and career paths.
• Partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and translate into learning solutions.
