Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Solutions Lead to drive the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of a comprehensive learning portfolio aligned with enterprise priorities.

The role partners with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps, curate diverse learning experiences, and monitor program effectiveness using data-driven insights to support growth and leadership development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and leadership development with portfolio management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning programs in global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align learning with organizational goals.
• Proficiency with LMS, analytics tools, and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of the learning and leadership development portfolio.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
• Manage relationships with external providers and vendor contracts.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and embed learning into the flow of work.
• Oversee learning platforms governance, configurations, and analytics reporting.
• Stay abreast of AI-enabled learning technologies and digital trends.
