Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning design, program management, or capability development roles with a global or enterprise scope.
• Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and functions in a matrixed organization.
• Proven success designing and delivering large-scale learning programs in complex, creative, or technology-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies (blended, cohort-based, experiential, social, or AI-enhanced learning).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking, connecting strategy with design and execution.
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to elevate learning experiences or improve workflow efficiency.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, structure, and execution of flagship global learning experiences that elevate capability and performance.
• Translate business needs into cohesive learning frameworks combining digital, live, and AI-powered elements.
• Create scalable, modern learning solutions aligned with our organization’s creativity and agility.
