Job summary

Mondi Group seeks a Global Learning Transformation Lead to drive the evolution of its global learning landscape. You will shape learning as a strategic driver, align programmes with the People Strategy and lead the way in a digital‑first learning ecosystem.

You’ll report to the Head of Talent & D&I and collaborate with HR, senior leaders and functional academies to future‑proof Mondi’s capabilities across Europe.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience driving learning transformation and capability building.
• Experience designing global learning strategies and ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Mondi’s global learning transformation strategy aligned with the People Strategy.
• Evolve Mondi Academy into a modern, scalable, digital‑first learning ecosystem.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, capability building and innovation.
• Design and programme manage signature learning courses globally.
• Shape skills agendas by connecting learning with Job Architecture and career pathways.
• Partner with leaders to identify skills gaps and translate into learning solutions.
