This hands-on, senior role thrives in a global environment, delivering measurable impact through innovative learning strategies and cross-functional collaboration across HR, Technology, and business partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning design, program management, or capability development with global scope.
• Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and functions in a matrixed organization.
• Proven success designing and delivering large-scale learning programs in complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies (blended, cohort-based, experiential, social, or AI-enhanced).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking to connect strategy with design and execution.
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to elevate learning experiences or improve workflow efficiency.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver flagship global learning programs that elevate capability and performance.
• Architect a dynamic learning ecosystem and define how learning is organized, delivered, and improved across the Groupe.
• Drive innovation and applied experimentation with AI and new formats; prototype, measure, and scale what works.
• Lead global delivery from scoping to stakeholder alignment and execution.
• Collaborate across HR, Technology, and Business to deliver seamless global rollouts and align platforms and content.
