Qualifications

• Significant experience leading learning, digital adoption, or transformation enablement at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of how learning drives behavior change and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy aligned to transformation initiatives.
• Partner with IT, Digital, Data, and Product teams to embed learning in system lifecycles.
• Design modern, digital-first learning experiences including blended and hands-on labs.
• Measure and report ROI of learning and adoption efforts.
