DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead the evolution of our digital learning ecosystem within the Quality department. You will drive end-to-end LMS modernization, create multimedia training content, and ensure audit-ready compliance as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education or Quality Systems.
• Experience transforming static work instructions into multimedia learning modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Content transformation: create interactive content, training videos, and gamification.
• LMS administration and roadmap implementation for phase development.
• Site training and support on LMS management and metrics sharing.
• Coordinate with Quality and Document Control for updates and sustainability.
• Conduct audits of training records to ensure regional compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps and develop new content.
• Other duties as needed by manager.
