Job summary

Roche is recruiting for a Critical senior leadership role within the Pharma Technical Global Learning Hub. You will drive network-wide adoption of learning solutions aligned with business needs and lead the PT Learning Business Partners and Learning Experience Architects, partnering with PT senior leaders on strategic topics.

You will orchestrate global capability needs, manage a high-performing team, and establish a global Community of Practice to standardize consulting playbooks while scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Education/Organizational Psychology or Human Capital Management.
• 10–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic capability development or organizational learning.
• Experience leading large-scale learning transformations in pharmaceutical manufacturing/quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning capability strategies with business objectives.
• Coordinate global capability needs into a unified enterprise delivery pipeline.
• Lead and develop a team of learning partners and experience architects; build stakeholder management and analytics capability.
• Establish a global Community of Practice to share knowledge and scale solutions enterprise-wide.
• Advance modern adult learning methods (Competency-Based Learning, performance support, experiential training).
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations leaders to tie capability development to operational excellence.
