Job summary

Allegion Canada Inc. seeks a Global Learning Technology Specialist to support the Global Allegion Learning Management System. You will work cross-functionally with HR, Talent, and leaders to translate needs into tech-enabled learning experiences and drive development for 13,000+ employees.

You will consult on learning needs, evaluate capabilities, and build engaging e‑learning solutions, aligning with global standards and regulatory requirements. Remote work with occasional on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years in Learning and Development/Training
• Experience with course design and development
• Tech-savvy with quick learning
• Collaborates across organization and with vendors
• Strong project management and communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, incl. Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver e-learning content and revisions with SME input
• Advise on technical learning solutions and best practices for e-learning
• Assist in learning evaluation, surveys, and LMS assessments
• Support LMS configurations including SharePoint and related tools
• Provide LMS and business support across global users
• Perform learning needs analysis and stakeholder consultations
• Set up system notifications, enrollments, and regulatory alignment
• Support ServiceNow ticket resolution and SLA compliance
• Oversee channel, page, and catalog structure in the LMS
• Provide timely data for reporting and audits
• Support global learning power users and admins with features and reporting
