• Experience establishing scalable learning processes and tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global learning and enablement team, translating priorities into actionable goals.
• Define and advance enterprise learning strategies for alignment across enablement teams.
• Oversee enablement for enterprise transformation initiatives and measure success.
