Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Performance Consulting, Change Enablement, or a related field.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience, ideally leading geographically dispersed learning, instructional design, enablement, or talent professionals.
• Experience leading complex learning and enablement initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience translating business strategies and transformation priorities into practical, scalable capability-building solutions.
• Strong experience in learning strategy, performance consulting, learning design, facilitation, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of learning & enablement partners, learning specialists, and instructional designers.
• Translate business priorities into clear team goals, resource plans, and delivery expectations.
• Allocate team capacity across core Talent Development programs and transformation initiatives.
• Build capabilities in performance consulting, learning design, program management, and stakeholder partnership.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, experimentation, quality, and continuous improvement.
