Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Global Learning Technology Specialist to support the Global Allegion Learning Management System. You will collaborate with HR, Talent, and leaders to translate business needs into tech-enabled learning solutions.

You will design and deliver e-learning content, manage LMS configurations, and provide analytics to support 13,000+ employees worldwide, with a flexible remote schedule and occasional on-site visits near Carmel, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; min 3 years’ experience in Learning and Development/Training.
• Experience with course design and development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rapid authoring tools and guidance for engaging learners.
• Advise stakeholders on technical solutions for learning and e-learning best practices.
• Support LMS evaluation, surveys, and assessment options.
• Support learning requests with SharePoint, Learning Hubs, and external domains.
• Conduct tech learning needs analysis and develop project plans.
• Assist with onboarding language and regulatory standards globally.
• Provide LMS issue support and SLA compliance with ServiceNow.
